This is a research paper from my Advanced Deaf Culture course. We took the themes and ideas learned throughout the semester and applied them to an idea not covered in lecture.

This paper is from my Deaf History class, and it was a published work through Clemson University. I worked with Morgan Shawen to compile the information on the topic. 

The Decline of Deaf Clubs in the U.S. 

This powerpoint presentation is the physical representation of a lesson I lead in my Advanced Deaf Culture course. I was tasked with reading and analyzing the chapter and instructing the class in ASL on the decline of Deaf clubs. 

Phonetics in American Sign Language

This is a partnered presentation from my Linguistics course, presented in spoken English to teach my non-signing peers about the phonetics of ASL and the importance of the 5 parameters in relation to ASL linguistics.
